r2c Online’s new digital workload management tool is set to boost workshop profitability across the industry this year.

The brand new ‘Workshop Loading’ product uses digital T-cards and the latest in drag and drop calendar technology to assign efficient allocation of work to the shop floor; automatically tailoring work to the skill sets and availability of each technician. Work can be prioritised by due date or work type too, for better optimised resources and effective workload management, ultimately resulting in a more efficient and profitable workshop.

‘Workshop Loading’ complements and integrates seamlessly into r2c’s existing portfolio of digital vehicle maintenance and compliance solutions, including online inspection data entry, invoicing and driver pre-use check tools. The unique r2c software platform allows fleets and workshops to digitally connect and collaborate for quick and easy compliance and maintenance management.

As standard, r2c customers also receive a personalised implementation, training and support programme to help each business successfully make the move to a digital management system.
